Public offer for the Quran.kz PRO subscription

1. General provisions

The offer is addressed to an indefinite circle of persons and is a public offer under Articles 395 and 396 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Acceptance of the offer is payment for the Quran.kz PRO subscription on the quran.kz website. From the moment of payment, the agreement is deemed concluded on the terms of the offer.

The agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Protection of Consumer Rights.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Contractor provides the User with access to paid Quran.kz materials (PRO subscription) for the paid period, and the User pays for the subscription.

• the full Quran.kz library of books, including books marked PRO;
• audiobooks with the listening position saved;
• access in the Quran.kz app for iOS and Android and on the website when signed in to the same Quran.kz account.

The subscription is tied to the Quran.kz account signed in at the time of payment. Access may not be passed to third parties.

3. Price and payment procedure

The subscription price is 1 month — 999 tenge, 3 months — 2690 tenge, 6 months — 5090 tenge, 12 months — 8990 tenge. Prices are stated in Kazakhstani tenge.

Payment is made by Visa or Mastercard bank card in tenge through the TipTop Pay payment service (tiptoppay.kz) with 3-D Secure confirmation. The Contractor charges the User no additional fees.

The Contractor may change the subscription price. The new price applies from the next payment period, and the Contractor announces it on the website and by email at least 7 days in advance.

4. Automatic renewal

The subscription is issued for 1 month and renews automatically. On the last day of the paid period, the price of the next month is charged to the User's card.

By subscribing, the User agrees to recurring charges to the linked card until the subscription is canceled. Card details are entered on the secure TipTop Pay form and processed by the payment service; the Contractor receives only the masked card number and an identifier for recurring charges.

If a charge fails, PRO access is suspended. The Contractor may retry the charge within 7 days.

5. Provision of access

The service is digital, no delivery is required. PRO access opens immediately after successful payment in the Quran.kz account on the website and in the app. If access has not opened within 1 hour, the User reports it to support.

6. Cancellation and refund

The User may cancel the subscription at any time. The cancellation and refund procedure is described on the page “Subscription cancellation and refund”, which is part of the offer.

7. Rights and obligations of the parties

• The Contractor provides PRO access during the paid period, except for technical interruptions, which the Contractor warns about in advance where possible.
• The Contractor may update the library contents while preserving the overall scope of the service.
• The User uses the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Copying, distributing and passing the materials to third parties are prohibited: they are protected by copyright.
• The User keeps access to their account secure.

8. Liability

The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Contractor is not responsible for interruptions caused by the actions of third parties, communication providers, banks and app stores, or by force majeure.

9. Personal data

The Contractor processes the User's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Consent to the Collection and Processing of Personal Data published on the website.

10. Claims and disputes

Claims are sent to qurankzapp@gmail.com. The Contractor responds within 10 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it is heard in court under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
