Subscription cancellation and refund
Last updated: 19.10.2026
How to cancel the Quran.kz PRO subscription and when we refund money.
Canceling the subscription
You can cancel the subscription at any time: in your profile on the website or by email to qurankzapp@gmail.com or call +7 706 415 33 03 stating your account ID. After cancellation, new charges stop and PRO works until the end of the already paid period.
If you closed the payment page before confirming the payment, the order is voided and no money is charged.
When we refund money
- PRO access did not open through our fault or because of a technical error — we refund the full amount;
- money was charged twice for one period — we refund the extra charge;
- auto-renewal took place and you did not use PRO after it — if you contact us within 14 days of the charge, we refund the full amount;
- in other cases, when you cancel the subscription, we refund the cost of the unused full days of the paid period.
If the materials do not work properly
The service is digital, so replacement of goods does not apply. If a book or audiobook does not open or works with errors, write to us: we will fix the error, and if it cannot be fixed, we will refund the money for the period when access did not work.
How to get a refund
- Write to qurankzapp@gmail.com or call +7 706 415 33 03 and state the Quran.kz account ID from your profile.
- State the date and amount of the charge, or the order number, and the reason for the refund.
- We will review your request within 10 business days and reply by email.
- Money is returned to the same card used for payment. The crediting time depends on your bank and is usually from 1 to 30 days.
App Store and Google Play subscriptions
If PRO was purchased in the app through the App Store or Google Play, cancellation and refunds follow the store's rules: in the subscription settings of your Apple ID or Google Play.
