What you are buying

Quran.kz PRO subscription — 1 month — 999 tenge, 3 months — 2690 tenge, 6 months — 5090 tenge, 12 months — 8990 tenge: the full library of books and audiobooks in the Quran.kz app and on the website. The subscription renews automatically at the end of the paid period and can be canceled at any time.

How to subscribe

1. Sign in on the website with the code from the email. Use the same email as in the Quran.kz app.
2. Open the PRO page and choose to subscribe.
3. Check the amount and review the public offer.
4. Click “Pay”: the secure TipTop Pay payment form opens. Enter your Visa or Mastercard details and, if you want a receipt, your email address.
5. Confirm the payment with 3-D Secure: by the code from an SMS or in your bank's app.
6. After successful payment, PRO opens immediately on the website and in the app, and the receipt is sent to the email you provided.

Payment methods

• Visa and Mastercard bank cards from any bank;
• payment currency — Kazakhstani tenge (KZT);
• the payment is accepted by the TipTop Pay payment service (tiptoppay.kz);
• there are no additional fees for the buyer.

Automatic charges and how to cancel them

By subscribing, you agree to monthly charges to your card until the subscription is canceled. The card is linked on the TipTop Pay payment form; we do not see the card number.

You can cancel the subscription at any time in your profile on the website or by email to qurankzapp@gmail.com. After cancellation, new charges stop and PRO works until the end of the paid period.

Receipt

If you provided an email address on the payment form, the payment receipt is sent to that address.

Getting access

The service is digital, there is no delivery. Access opens instantly and works on all devices signed in to the same Quran.kz account: in the iOS and Android app and on the website. There are no export or licensing restrictions on the service.

If access has not opened within 1 hour, write to qurankzapp@gmail.com or call +7 706 415 33 03 and include your account ID (it is in your profile on the website) and the order number from the payment email.

Payment security

• Card details are entered on the secure form of the TipTop Pay payment service, not on our website. TipTop Pay processes card data under the PCI DSS security standard.
• Payments are confirmed with 3-D Secure technology (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check).
• We do not receive or store the card number, expiry date or CVV. For auto-renewal, TipTop Pay passes us only the masked card number and an identifier for recurring charges.
• The website works only over a secure HTTPS connection.
